No. There is no contract. You can cancel or pause anytime. We keep your business by doing a good job, not by locking you in.
Yes. During setup you add your card to the client portal, it gets charged, and it needs to be active before we ever step foot in your yard. Pay first, then we service. If there's ever a payment issue, that visit gets skipped until it's resolved.
Yes. Your first initial cleanup is free when you sign up for any recurring plan. If you are looking for a one-time cleanup, you will incur an initial cleanup charge in addition to the service.
Text us within 24 hours. We'll credit that visit to your next billing cycle, no questions asked. If a follow-up visit is needed, we'll schedule it on your next available service day.
It's a plant-safe, enzyme-based outdoor formula that neutralizes odor-causing bacteria in your yard. Not a chemical disinfectant. Safe for pets once dry, which takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Included monthly on the Fresh Yard plan and after every visit on Spotless Yard.
We don't offer time windows. Routes are optimized by neighborhood each day to keep things efficient and pricing fair for everyone, similar to how trash collection works. You'll get a text when we're on our way and a gate photo the moment we're done.
We double-bag everything with scented bags and leave it in your trash can or by the gate. We don't haul waste off the property. Clean, simple, and sanitary.
No. As long as we can get into your yard, you don't need to be there. We lock the gate on the way out and send you a photo confirmation when we're done.
Friendly dogs are welcome to stay outside during service. If a dog is aggressive or reactive, or if our team feels unsafe for any reason, we skip the visit and let you know. Safety of our team is non-negotiable. If it becomes a recurring issue, we may not be the right fit and we'll part ways.
We work in most weather. Dogs don't stop going because it's raining, and neither do we. If severe weather hits, we'll either reschedule to the same week or do double duty on your next visit.
You can cancel or pause anytime. There are no cash refunds. Any refund is issued as a service credit valid for 24 months. Prepay plan clients follow the same policy. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Everything we use, including shoes and tools, is sanitized between every single yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant. No cross-contamination between properties.
