Our prices cover the backyard of a typical residential lot. Spotless Yard covers the whole property: back, front and side yards. If your lot is over a quarter acre, text or email us and we'll give you a custom quote.

Only if the yard needs a catch-up. If your yard has been scooped in the last two weeks, your first visit is a regular visit at your normal price. If it's been longer, we do a one-time $170 initial cleanup on the first visit so every visit after starts from clean. You'll see it in the pricing tool before you sign up, never as a surprise. Spotless Yard includes the initial cleanup.

No. There is no contract. You can cancel or pause anytime. We keep your business by doing a good job, not by locking you in.

Yes. During setup you add your card to the client portal, it gets charged, and it needs to be active before we ever step foot in your yard. Pay first, then we service. If there's ever a payment issue, that visit gets skipped until it's resolved.

We only service fully fenced or gated backyards. To keep both your dog and our technicians safe, it is our policy not to enter a client's home or any unsecured area. If your yard isn't enclosed, we won't be able to take you on as a customer.

It's a plant-safe, enzyme-based odor spray we apply to your yard after scooping. It neutralizes odor-causing bacteria instead of covering them with fragrance. Not a chemical disinfectant. Safe for pets once dry, which takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Included on every visit with Fresh Yard and Spotless Yard.

Spotless Yard includes a professional cleaning of your trash and recycling bins every three months, done at your curb by a local bin washing service. We schedule it and text you the day before so you can leave the bins out. You don't need to be home.

We don't offer time windows. Routes are optimized by neighborhood each day to keep things efficient and pricing fair for everyone, similar to how trash collection works. You'll get a text when we're on our way and a gate photo the moment we're done.

We double-bag everything with scented bags and leave it in your trash can or by the gate. We don't haul waste off the property. Clean, simple, and sanitary.

No. As long as we can get into your yard, you don't need to be there. We lock the gate on the way out and send you a photo confirmation when we're done.

Friendly dogs are welcome to stay outside during service. If a dog is aggressive or reactive, or if our team feels unsafe for any reason, we skip the visit and let you know. Safety of our team is non-negotiable. If it becomes a recurring issue, we may not be the right fit and we'll part ways.

We work in most weather. Dogs don't stop going because it's raining, and neither do we. If severe weather hits, we'll either reschedule to the same week or do double duty on your next visit.

You can cancel or pause anytime. There are no cash refunds. Any refund is issued as a service credit valid for 24 months. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Everything we use, including shoes and tools, is sanitized between every single yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant. No cross-contamination between properties.
